Project Cancellation

Clients may request the cancellation of a project by providing written notice. Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the project's current stage and the work already completed.

Refund Policy

Payments made for completed work are non-refundable. Refunds, if approved, will only apply to work that has not yet been started. Custom software development, website development, mobile applications, design services, and consulting services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
